I am a real estate broker with over a decade of experience focused on representing fiduciaries in selling and buying estate-held residential properties and have closed over 100 fiduciary transactions. As a licensed attorney and former counseling and negotiation professor, I bring a unique set of skills to this specialized area.
I represent both individual and institutional clients. I regularly work with The Northern Trust, First Midwest Bank (now Old National), Arboretum Wealth Management, FNBC and Devon Bank, as well as various law firms. I have represented my fiduciary clients on a wide range of properties. I have sold properties in 2550 N Lakeview, 100 E Huron, 1555 N Astor, 1530 N State Parkway, as well as led the acquisition of millions of dollars of investment properties.
